Support office replies same-day on WeChat and sorted my residence permit in 48h. The CS program here is rigorous but the professors are approachable. Best decision I made for my career.

SJTU's Meisi dorms are clean and well-managed, but the Minhang campus is far from central Shanghai. Budget 45 minutes to get downtown. Gym and laundry on-site are decent.

Great engineering school with strong industry connections. Got two internship offers through career fairs. The Xuhui campus is in a vibrant area with great food options nearby.
