Great university with excellent facilities. The international student office is very supportive — they replied on WeChat within an hour when I had issues with my residence permit. Teaching quality is high, though the coursework can be demanding. Would definitely recommend to future students.

The Chinese language program at Fudan is excellent for immersion. Small class sizes, native speaker teachers, and cultural activities every week. Highly recommend for beginners and intermediate learners.

PSA: if you're renewing your residence permit this semester, start gathering documents at least 4 weeks early. The queue at the exit-entry bureau in Beijing gets wild in October.
